Insurance: ​

It is your responsibility to have adequate holiday insurance, this should include third party cover for any damage to our property. We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or person. ​

​Noise: Some of the residents of our apartment block are not holiday makers so please respect their need for peace and quiet, particularly at night. Hard heels on the tiled floor can be very noisy for the apartment below. ​

What is included in the rental cost:  ​The cost is for use of the apartment, water, power, use of garden and pools, and end of stay cleaning, however all facilities in the apartment are free for your use, and are not included in the cost of the apartment rental. Please report any proplems please. So we can act on mending or replacing them.

​​Smoking: No smoking within the apartment please.
